We were with our previous provider and I received a call from Conlatus telling me of what they could do, and showing me the changes I could do in the web page. The cost was definately better and also the exposure. So after spending 20 mins or so I decided to transfer to them and we started making changes. I must say at first I was rather skeptical and I thought maybe I had made a big mistake. At first it was difficult for the team to understand what I wanted but with telphone calls and also quick emails back and forth we got it all done.
The guys were good at trying to understand what I wanted and would ask and make changes and add on till I was totally happy. They were prompt in answering and I never felt them slowing on the job. Good communication is always the key, and we received that from Conlatus.
