Most of our customers are too busy running their business, or not comfortable enough with the Internet to take the time to update, manage, and worry about their website.

What makes Conlatus and Mnet different is that we do the worrying for our customers. We check in with our customers a few times per year to see if they need any updates, to talk about new features and services we offer, and to see how well their websites are doing on the search engines (and help them make improvements).



Our customers can update their Mnet website whenever they want. Many customers just email, fax, or call with any changes and we do the work for them!



Our Support Reps have been called the 'most friendly and patient in the industry'. Their goal is to help - not to try to make you feel stupid.

We respond to email quickly, and when our customers call, we answer the telephone and really try to help. Our customers are never put on hold with a message like, 'Due to higher than expected call volumes...[you will be put on hold forever].' We want our business to grow, but not at the expense of our current customers. If our 'call volumes' are too high, we hire more Support Reps!

We want our outstanding service to keep our customers on board, hopefully earn a referral or two, and give us the opportunity to provide them with more Internet services in the future.



We have streamlined the process of setting up an Mnet website so you can be involved as little as possible, or as much as you like. It usually takes about a week, and rarely more than 30 days. The Set-up service includes up to 5 hours of work. If we don't use them all, we bank them for you for later.


Our delivery department contacts you to get started within 1 business day of ordering the Mnet Website Package. They work with you to get the basic information into your new Mnet website, point your domain name at your new Mnet website and set up the website marketing.

The search engines figure out what your business does, who your customers are, and what area you serve from the words on your website. If you have an existing website, as a first step we will copy all of the information over. If you do not have an existing website, we will discuss these topics with you, check out any competing websites, and add the basic information to your website.

If you have a domain name, we will start the process of pointing it at your new website. If you do not have a domain name, we will help you choose the best domain name and register it for you. Up to 20 email addresses (with Webmail) are included with your domain name.

After the Basic Information is in your new Mnet website and your domain name is pointed we will start the website marketing process. After the marketing is complete, we choose one or two short phrases that your potential customers are most likely searching for. Your Mnet Search Report tracks how well your website is doing on the search engines when someone searches for those phrases month-by-month.

We add any other information that you provide and make any changes you suggest. Remember, we will work with you throughout the year to make additions and changes – you don't have to include all of the information right away.

We set up a schedule for following up with you to review any updates that you need, discuss any new features you might like added to your website, and to review the progress of your website on the search engines. You can log in to your website any time - from anywhere - to make changes, or just contact our Support department by email, fax, or telephone. We can do the work for you!
