
For a lot of our customers, we are setting up their first website. The first step is helping our new customers understand how websites work, how to organize their information, and how search engines work so they can get the best results.
Our customers can update their Mnet website whenever they want. Many customers just email, fax, or call with any changes and we do the work for them!

Our Support Reps have been called the "most friendly and patient in the industry". Their goal is to help - not to try to make you feel stupid.
We respond to email quickly, and when our customers call, we answer the telephone and really try to help. Our customers are never put on hold with a message like, 'Due to higher than expected call volumes...[you will be put on hold forever].' We want our business to grow, but not at the expense of the customers we already have. If our 'call volumes' are too high, we hire more Support Reps!
We want our outstanding service to keep our customers on board, hopefully earn a referral or two, and give us the opportunity to provide them with more Internet services in the future.

Most of our customers are too busy running their business, or not comfortable enough with the Internet to take the time to build, update, manage, and worry about their website.
We check in with our customers a few times per year to see if they need any updates, to talk about new features and services we offer, and to see how well their websites are doing on the search engines (and help them make improvements).

We have streamlined the process of setting up a new website with Mnet so a new customer can be involved as little as possible, or as much as they like. We can move things forward 5 minutes at a time if that's all the time they have available, or go through the process all at once. We can have a new website up and running in under a week, and it rarely takes more than 30 days.

Our Process is designed to work around a customer's schedule. We can go through the Process 5 minutes at a time, or do everything at once.
Note about design: Most of our customers want us to take care of the design of their website and then the sometimes suggest some small adjustments. If a customer wants to put in a lot of input into the design of their website, we can take the through our Design Process.

The search engines figure out what your business does, who your customers are, and what area you serve from the words on your website. It can take up to a month before your website shows up on the search engines, so once we have this information we can get started with the website marketing.

If you have a domain name, we'll can start the process of pointing it at your new Mnet website right. If you don't have a domain name, we'll help you choose the best domain name and register it for you. Up to 20 email addresses (with Webmail) are included.

After the Basic Information is in your new Mnet website and your domain name is pointed we'll start the website marketing process. Next, we choose one or two short phrases that your potential customers are most likely searching for. Your Mnet Search Report tracks how well your website is doing on the search engines when someone searches for those phrases month-to-month.

See our Pages section for a break down of the most common types of web pages and other ideas for getting your information out to potential customers and your current customers. Remember, we'll work with you throughout the year to add things and make changes – you don't have to put everything in your website right away. Updating your website regularly can give you a better ranking on the the search engines.

We'll set a schedule for calling a few times per year to see if you need help with updates, show you new features you might what to use on your website, and to go over how your website is doing on the search engines. Remember, you can log in to your website any time - from anywhere - to check your website traffic statistics and make updates to your website, or just contact our Support department by email, fax, or telephone.
