What you see on your screen is not what other people - or the search engines - see!
Computer screens come in many shapes, sizes, and resolutions, and there are many different browser programs people use to look at websites - and updated versions of those programs come out all the time. Some visitors even set their system to not show images, make the wording really big, not show background colors, or just read a website to them.
The search engines visit your website about once per month and read all of the words so they can figure out what your company does and where to put it in the search results. A search engine can not see pictures or the wording drawn on pictures, in graphics, or in animations.
Mnet was created with these things in mind, so there are some things that our system can't do and designs we can't support, but we have built a system that can deliver a great looking design that you are going to love. It will work great, it won't take up a lot of your time, and it won't cost thousands of dollars.
A lot of our customers are not very worried about design and they leave it up to us to make design decisions. Sometimes customers just want to make small suggestions, but otherwise the process is very simple. Other customers are a lot more interested in the design of their website. We have developed a very organized, step-by-step process to get the design to exactly what the customer wants - without taking up a lot of time. |

1. Layout: We have designed 8 different layouts. By layout, we simply mean: where the different parts of the website go. Each layout has specific features and options, so this is where we usually start the design process. Our customers can look at a bunch of examples of websites created using each of the different layouts, then we go through the choices they have for each of the following sections.
2. Style: This is the general 'look' or 'feel' of a design.
3. Width: For most websites, customers can choose to have the website fill up the whole screen right-to-left, or be set to a specific width.
4. Header: The header is the part of the website, usually at the top of the page that appears on all of the pages. The logo usually shows up in this area, and the background can be a color, a pattern, or picture. Cut-out images, graphics, and transparent effects can add extra pizazz.
5. Menu: The menu of a website can be either clean and simple, or more decorated. Our customers can also decide if they want a horizontal menu that goes across the page, or an upright menu on the left side of the page.
6. Footer: This is the area at the bottom of the website that stays the same for all of the pages. It can be a different color from the rest of the website and background, or it can have pictures and text inside.
7. Background: If a website is not set to fill the whole screen, it will have a background. It might be just white so you don't notice it, or it might be a color, fade from one color to another, a pattern, or an image.
8. Category: We also organize our designs by business category because sometimes customers like to visualize what their website might look like by looking at websites for similar types of businesses. |

Our Layouts are designed to be very flexible, but also to make sure that our customers end up with a website that will look good for almost all visitors and work well for search engines. We have a bunch of examples for each Layout to show how almost any design can be realized. Each Layout has a set of features (Header, Menu, Background, Footer) that can be customized, and a set list of options for each feature. Every Layout will work for any business Category or Style.

The menu of a website links all the pages together. It can be either Clean and simple, or more Decorated, you can also decide if you want a Horizontal menu that goes across the page, or an upright menu on the Left side of the page. The menu on the left side usually works better if a website has a lot of pages.
