1. Mnet Website Set-up
Setting up an Mnet Website costs $299. This includes taking new customers through our Design Process to make sure their website looks great, helping them organize their information and setting-up up to 20 Pages (5 catalog items count as 1 page). Most customers start with just the basics (what they do, who their customers are, where they do business, and contact information), and we work with them throughout the year with Page Ideas and help to add more information.
2. The Domain Name
We sometimes register a new Domain Name for our customers (www.companyname.com), or we transfer a domain name they already have. New registrations are $20 for one year, transfers are $20 (pushes the renewal date ahead by one year), and renewals are $20 per year. 20 email addresses like - yourname@yourcompanyname.com are included. Some customers choose to manage their domain themselves (at no charge) - this is not a problem.
3. Website Marketing
Once a website is ready, we tell the search engines about it (Google, Yahoo, and MSN). Throughout the year, we help our customers with strategies for getting the best results on the search engines and help them track their progress with the Mnet Search Report. The Mnet Search Report shows month-to-month where their website is showing up in the search results. All of this is included with the Mnet Hosting Package.
4. Mnet Hosting Package
The Mnet Hosting Package is $19.95 per month or $200 to pre-pay for 12 months - for hosting up to 50 pages (5 catalog items count as 1 page). The first month is always free, and if a customer is stuck in a contract with their old website provider, we give them free hosting until that contract expires. Our customers can login to the Mnet Control Panel anytime to add pages to their website, make updates to pictures and wording, manage their email accounts, and review the Mnet Traffic Report and Mnet Search Report. Sometimes our customers are too busy, so they just call or send their updates to us and we take care of the work for them - page revisions are free. We include set up for 5 extra pages after each year of hosting.
5. Ongoing Service
We check in with our customers every 3 to 6 months to see if we can help with any updates, go over Page Ideas for adding more information to their website, review their Mnet Search Report and web marketing strategies with them, show them new Features we've developed, and just make sure that everything with their website is going great.
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) for the Mnet Website Set-up, Mnet Hosting Package, and Domain Name registration, transfer or renewal. We also accept payment by cheque for the Mnet Website Set-up and for pre-paying for 12 months of the Mnet Hosting Package. Our system will automatically suspend a website if an account is more than 60 days overdue - but don't worry, we always call first with a reminder. An account is closed if it is past 90 days overdue.
Additional Services
Setting-up More Pages: 20 Pages are included in the Mnet Website Set-up, and 5 additional Pages are include after each year of hosting. If a customer needs help building more Pages, each extra 10 Page block is $100 (5 catalog items count as 1 Page).
Hosting Bigger Websites: 50 Pages are included in the Mnet Hosting Package (5 catalog items count as 1 page). If a customer has 51-100 Pages (5 catalog items count as 1 page), hosting is $39.95/month or $400 to pre-pay for 12 months. Unfortunately, Mnet can't host websites with over 100 Pages (5 catalog items count as 1 page).
Please Note
The information on a website and the Domain Name belong to the customer, so customers can create a copy of the wording and pictures and take over the management of their domain name at any time.
Customers can cancel their service at any time with 15 days notice in writing (email, fax, mail). Please note that we can not provide a refund for pre-paid services.
We work very hard to provide a great service, fantastic support, a bug-free and secure system, and virtually no downtime, but we can not provide any warranties or guarantees about the software or the services provided including the web marketing. We also want to make sure that the customer knows they are responsible for all information on their website.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and to refuse service for any reason (we will provide 30 days notice by email).
